Photography Contract

*Pricing includes photographer’s expertise, time, creativity, travel, and post-production.
Clients will also receive low-res images via digital transfer of the entire photo session. Post production time is approximately 2 weeks.

Suzie Hansen Photography Company’s Policy and Disclosure:

Deposit of $25.00 is required to book an In Studio Session and $50.00 for an On Location Shoot. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will be applied to the remaining balance. The client will NOT receive a refund but may reschedule if he/she has given Suzie Hansen Photography at least 48-hours cancellation courtesy notice. Only if the photographer fails to appear at the time and place specified on the contract, will the deposit be refunded back to the client. Venmo is the preferred method but we do accept cash, and square swipes! Full payment is due before the start of your scheduled session.

Liability: The client assumes all responsibility, including any destruction of property. The client shall disclose any behavioral issues before the session or allergies to food that the animal has.

Model and Property Release: The client grants the photographer the right to use any images for self- promotion, publicity, contests, or galleries. The photographer agrees to never use the photographs in a slanderous, hurtful, or demeaning way.

Copyrights and Creative Use: The client must credit the photographer when sharing any images. Suzie Hansen Photography retains the copyright in the photographs and unless the client has purchased a digital file, the act of reproducing an image or altering an image is prohibited.

Studio Policy: The client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs. This may include specifying animal(s) and/or scenes to be photographed, providing photographer any helpful information before the shoot, and because of the uniqueness of our business, may be asked to wait patiently away from the photographing area.

Clients’ images will be archived in our file for (3) months. Requests for images after that time period will be attempted but not guaranteed to be on file. If a client wishes to purchase an image after (3) months, an uploading fee of $10.00 will be applied.

Travel: The client shall reimburse photographer for any additional costs the photographer may incur for travel such as parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

APPLICABLE LAW

This contract shall be governed by the laws of the Morgan County, State of Utah, and any applicable Federal law. By signing this contract, I hereby understand and agree to abide by Suzie Hansen Photography Company’s Policy and Disclosure.
